Results
Results answers the fourth question, did it work?, on one page. Everything on it is read from the poll, the verdicts and your connected data, and when nothing moved it says so.
Answer Share since you started
Section titled “Answer Share since you started”The lede sets your Answer Share now against your starting point, the first 14 days of poll answers (the first change is stated from day 28), with the change and its range, against the leader. The sentence is read only from the numbers, for example “No clear change since 4 Sept” when the change is inside its range. Until the site has two full windows of answers, the change is not called.
Below it, the trend since the start: you and the leader, one point a day (each the rolling 28-day share), with a mark on each day a play shipped.
A site that was measured before topics existed keeps its older starting point on record, and says that its figures were not Answer Share.
Verdicts
Section titled “Verdicts”The counts by state, then every shipped play with its latest verdict: the sentence, the grade, and the effect with its range. No effect is drawn hatched, as within noise. A row opens the play’s Result. The order is Won, Lost ground, Inconclusive, No effect, Too early. See Verdicts for the states and grades.
The record of wins, newest first: the topic, the engine (or every engine), the effect and the play. A win is written when a Won verdict is frozen at day 45.
Waiting for a read
Section titled “Waiting for a read”Shipped plays whose verdict is not final, with the date of their next read. On a site with crawler logs, a changed page has no date yet until a treated engine’s crawler has fetched it, for up to two weeks after its check passed.
Outcomes
Section titled “Outcomes”What your connected data shows, then against now, each with its source:
| Outcome | From |
|---|---|
| Sessions from AI assistants | Google Analytics |
| Assistant fetches: a person’s question made an assistant read your page | Crawler traffic |
| AI impressions in Google Search | Search Console’s AI report |
A source that is not connected says so, with the link to connect it. A source connected after your starting point has no “then”. These are outcomes, not proof: a verdict is what says whether a play worked.
The experiment
Section titled “The experiment”The strongest verdicts come from topics left alone on purpose. On the experiment card, choose the topics to hold out: while the experiment runs, plays on them are labelled held and cannot be planned or started, so every verdict on the other topics has a clean comparison. Keep at least one topic treated and at least one held. Analysts, admins and owners start and end an experiment, and both are in the audit log. Starting a new one replaces the one running.
The board brief and the quarterly review
Section titled “The board brief and the quarterly review”Two views of Results, written for people who will never open the workspace.
- Board brief (
?view=board): the last 28 days, or a chosen month, site by site: Answer Share since the start against the leader, the verdict counts and each verdict with its sentence, grade and range, the wins, the plays waiting for a read, the outcomes and the experiment. - Quarterly review (
?view=quarter): the same for the window you choose, as a before and after.
Both download as PDF, and both can be printed. A read-only link lets a board member open the review without an account: the figures and hosts, nothing that leads into the workspace. The link is shown once, expires on the date you set (30 days to a year), can be revoked at any time and counts how often it was opened. Only admins and owners create or revoke links; both are in the audit log. White-label settings apply to both documents; see White-label reports.
The monthly brief
Section titled “The monthly brief”Once a month, on the billing date, one email to the people who bring it to a meeting: each site’s results and their change since last month, the goals, and the board brief as PDF. Recipients and schedule, under Settings, Alerts & reports, switches it on; the preview shows it as it would go today; Send now sends it whatever the date.
A goal is a figure a site, or every site, should reach by a date, with an owner and a note. Set one under Results, Goals. The workspace reads its current value every time and says whether it is on track, behind, reached or missed. Reached and missed goals are kept as the record; a dropped goal stays in the audit log. Goals appear in the monthly brief.
Across sites
Section titled “Across sites”With all sites chosen, Home shows each site’s Answer Share then and now, its wins and its verdict counts.
