Pricing
Priced on how much we analyse, not how many domains you own
A platform fee covers the workspace, the knowledge base, the analysis and support. Sites are added on top, and the rate falls as the portfolio grows — because the twelfth domain on your CMS shares most of its findings with the first. No metering: every plan is a fixed monthly price with a fixed allowance.
Single site
$1,000/month
One domain. Everything below.
- Full analysis monthly, up to 1,000 pages per run
- Weekly change runs — regressions, new and resolved findings
- Alerts to Slack; board brief; standalone reports
- Citation tracking and Search Console — in development, included when they ship
- Workspace, board brief, shareable reports, API
Portfolio
$2,500/month + sites
Three sites included, then $450 each to ten, $300 beyond.
- Everything in Single site, on every domain, at 2,500 pages per run
- Cross-domain view: shared templates, which property gets cited, where they compete with each other
- Portfolio board brief — one page per domain plus the summary
- One workspace, one invoice, roles per team
- White-label — your name on the reports
| 5 domains | $3,400/mo | $680 per site |
|---|---|---|
| 12 domains | $6,250/mo | $521 per site |
| 25 domains | $10,150/mo | $406 per site |
Enterprise
Talk to us
Ten sites included; $250 each beyond.
- SSO, role-based access, audit log
- EU or US data residency
- Your own model provider — Bedrock, Vertex, or your API key
- Four full runs and sixteen change runs per site each month, 10,000 pages per run
- Security review, DPA, named support
Pages per run are sampled across every template and language, so a few thousand can speak for a site of any size; depth extends in 1,000-page blocks when you want more of the long tail. We analyse only domains you have verified you control.
Questions
What the price does and does not include
- Is there any usage-based charge?
- No. Each plan includes a number of full runs and change runs per site per month and a page budget per run. The workspace shows what you have used of that allowance; it never shows you a bill for model tokens. If you bring your own model provider on Enterprise, you pay that provider directly and the workspace shows what was spent there.
- What is a full run, and what is a change run?
- A full run samples up to the page budget across every template and language and runs the complete analysis. A change run re-fetches the pages already known, reports regressions and resolved findings, and costs a fraction of a full run. Monthly full, weekly change is the rhythm the plans are built around.
- What if the site has more pages than the budget?
- Every site does. The budget is spread across templates in proportion to how many URLs each has, with every template guaranteed representation, so findings are about templates and their share of pages — not about the pages that happened to be sampled. Extra depth is available in 1,000-page blocks.
- Do we need to allow your crawler?
- Vercatus identifies itself with a signed identity and honours
robots.txt. Most sites need to do nothing. Sites behind aggressive bot management can allow-list it in one line; the crawler page and the guide show how. - Can we try it first?
- Yes. Send a sitemap URL to hello@vercatus.com and we will run a full analysis and walk you through the result before you decide.
