CWV tiebreaker

Core Web Vitals are used by Google's ranking systems; the good thresholds are LCP ≤ 2.5 s, INP ≤ 200 ms and CLS ≤ 0.1 at the 75th percentile of page loads. Google says it always seeks to show the most relevant content even when page experience is sub-par, so CWV matter most where many pages answer equally well (see perf.cwv-ranking-signal).
