Search Console completeness and attribution limits
Search Console's Search Analytics returns the top rows for a query, sorted by clicks, and Google states it does not guarantee to return every row (rowLimit 1–25,000; the interface shows fewer). Some queries are withheld for privacy. When results are grouped by page, data is aggregated to the canonical URL, so a duplicate or non-canonical URL can show no metrics although users saw its content under the canonical. Absence from an export therefore means not observed in this dataset, not zero impressions.

AGrade A: official documentation or a standard. A grade describes the provenance of the sources above; it is not a probability that a change will work. The effect basis says how the size of the effect is known: measured by a study, taken from an industry report, only documented without a size, or not quantified.
