VercatusDiscover eligibility
Content is eligible for Google Discover if it is indexed and meets Discover's content policies — no special tags or structured data are required, and eligibility does not guarantee appearance. Google recommends large, relevant images at least 1200 px wide (over 300,000 pixels, 16:9) enabled by max-image-preview:large or AMP, specified via schema.org or og:image, plus titles that capture the content without clickbait and timely content. Google calls Discover traffic less predictable than search and supplemental to it.
