Supported structured-data formats and their limits
Google Search supports structured data in three formats: JSON-LD (recommended as usually easiest to maintain), Microdata and RDFa, and says all three are equally fine as long as the markup is valid. A page without JSON-LD may therefore still carry complete structured data as Microdata attributes (itemscope, itemprop) or RDFa (typeof, property).

AGrade A: official documentation or a standard. A grade describes the provenance of the sources above; it is not a probability that a change will work. The effect basis says how the size of the effect is known: measured by a study, taken from an industry report, only documented without a size, or not quantified.
